Terms and Conditions for Ping Pong Delivery

These terms and conditions apply to any delivery ordered from this website – www.pingpongdimsum.com, www.pingpongnow.co.uk and www.pingpongtogo.com.

Please read this statement carefully, if you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you should not use or access this site.  Please note that by using this site you are thereby accepting our terms and conditions.

1. Ordering

The conditions apply to all orders for the supply of food and drinks by Ping Pong to you, our customer.

All orders will be deemed to be an offer by you, the customer, to purchase the products in accordance with our terms and conditions.

The acceptance of any orders occurs when you receive an on-screen message confirming that your order has been placed at which point, your contract with Ping Pong is made and up until this point, we may refuse to offer you the items without giving any reason.

You may not place orders on the website if you are under 16 years old.

Please note that for delivery orders totalling under £30.00, an automatic £6.00 delivery charge will be applied.  This will be shown as a separate charge if applicable, when you click the check out button.

2. Products

Any food or drink items offered on this website are done so on an ‘ if available’ basis.

Unless stated in writing the prices quoted include VAT at 15%.  Please note that certain items to take away are exempt from VAT and in this instance, the VAT has been deduced.

The price of the products offered will be as quoted, and at the time that you confirm your order, when you click the check out button. If a mistake occurs due to a technical error, for which we will not be liable for but we will rectify this.

The total price of your order will be deducted from your account at the time that your order is placed.

3. Payment

Online credit card payments with Ping Pong are secure

You must be the owner of the credit card you are using.  On submitting your details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have specified.  We reserve the right to ruse your offer should it be necessary.  In the event of this happening, and Ping Pong is required to make a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days

4. Delivery Times

Ping Pong is renowned for fast and efficient service. We aim to deliver your food and drinks at the time you have requested, however occasionally we may be late (particularly if it is hard to find your address), we therefore reserve the right to request a 30 minute period outside your requested time for delivery.

5. Offers and discounts

Please note that promotional or discount vouchers cannot be used with online delivery orders, unless clearly specified as created for this purpose, which we may offer from time to time.

6. Acceptance and consent

By submitting your personal information you consent to the use of that information as set out in the privacy statement

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Ping Pong excludes all liability arising arising out of its supply of the products and in particular shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with delay beyond the estimated time of delivery, any circumstances over which Ping Pong had no control of the consequences and which Ping Pong could not avoid by the exercise of reasonable care, or any indirect or unforeseeable loss suffered or incurred by the customer or others in any event, Ping Pong’s liability to the customer will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

Ping Pong therefore, accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the material on any website which is controlled by Ping Pong Limited. Ping Pong has taken every care in the creation of this site in terms of its content.  Ping Pong disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as the accuracy of all information contained herein.  These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the fraud or negligence of Ping Pong

Any contract to which these conditions apply (and these conditions) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Ping Pong and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England

Nothing in these conditions shall affect the statutory rights of the customer
